Wind plants

We inhabit a hybrid ecology somewhere between the biological and the artificial. Natural actors like humans, animals and plants exist together, sharing their environment with machines, artificial networks, genetically altered organisms and other post-natural actors.
Although our life-worlds continually transform, I seem to remain fixed in my ever-changing subjective perception: I can ask myself how it feels to be a plant, yet I cannot turn into one, cannot sense the world as one. What I can, though, is making a vehicle, an interface that (crudely) approximates a plant’s perception into mine.
Wind plants turn structural vibrations into sound.
