Hive concerts

In cooperation with Melliferopolis, Till Bovermann installed piezo-based microphones into beehives of the temporary Hexa-Hive Villages near Ossinlampi (2013) and Tarja Halosen puisto (2016).

Invited international sound artists used the live sounds from the bee colonies as raw material for improvised soundscapes and live music at a sound picnic around the hives.
